PErsonal Training

This is simply what we are the best at.

We pride ourselves on having an elite team of coaches. Each one of them an expert in their field, able to motivate, teach, and help you every step of the way. We can work toward any goal ranging from weight loss to sports performance.

What does an initial consult look like?

  • Your trainer will introduce you to the gym and get to know you on a personal level

  • Any pertinent injuries, illnesses, and exercise history will be taken into account for program design

  • You will set your short and long term goals with your trainers help and they will begin designing your program!

What does a session look like?

  • We offer both 30 minutes sessions and 60 minutes session to accommodate busy schedules, goals, and needs.

  • You will be walked step by step through an intense workout designed specifically for you.

  • We use barbells, dumbbells, bands, balance tools, kettlbells, ropes, sled, tires, and just about anything else under the sun to keep sessions fresh and exciting.

We do offer nutrition consultation as well!


Small Group Classes

We have a lot of fun with bootcamp classes.

The classes are all written individually by the same awesome trainers you see on our staff page!

What does a class look like?

  • This is a tough question because EVERY class is written differently so that we avoid stale, boring workouts.

  • We always lead off with a warm up consisting of dynamic stretching and light exercises. ALL exercises are taught each class, so no prior knowledge is needed.

  • Then we move into the main workout. This can can consist of anything from barbell work to cardiovascular intervals.

  • Finally, we will finish with a challenge designed to push everyone (of all levels) to their limit!

Open Gym and Vacation workout passes

We do offer a very limited number of open gym memberships to experienced lifters.

Our open gym hours match our google hours, although we ask member to avoid interrupting the flow of class.

You have full access to the entire gym and all of the equipment. We maintain a very small membership to avoid overcrowding.
