Online Training Program

We understand that not everyone wants to go to a gym and pay for a personal trainer

While we can guarantee results in our gym with our trainers, we have another option to get you to your goal as well.  As a client of our online personal training program, we commit to bringing you the same level of service that we give our personal training clients in our gym, all for $125 per 4 week mesocycle. 


How does it Work?

Most online training programs you can get on the internet today are recycled cookie cutter programs.  The owner and/or trainer selling you the program will simply email you a list of workouts and some nutrition recommendations and that's about it.  With our program, we 100% guarantee each and every aspect of the plan will be completely personalized for your specific goals and lifestyle.  We don't pre-write workouts and diet plans because every client is different and deserves to be treated as such.

 

When you click on the button below your fitness journey will start just the way it would start if you walked through the doors of our gym.  You will take a detailed questionnaire so we can get to know you the best as we can.  Each question will help us build your program from scratch.  Here, we ask you to be as honest as possible as we will not be there to watch you throughout your training cycle.  The more honest you are, the better the program we can build you. 

Once we receive your questionnaire we will go to work designing each and every exercise as well as calculating all of your calories/macro-nutrients for 1 week, broken down day by day.  It will take up to 48 hours for us to design your program.  Your 4 week purchase will start when we send the plan to you.

Why do we only send 1 week? Because, like we said at the start, this isn't a cookie cutter program.  We will evaluate your progress each and every week and adjust the program as you go to ensure you are on a perfect course for the month.   

 
 


This is a sample program as it would be sent to you.  Everything will be customized to your specifications.  At the beginning of every week you will be sent a new, customized 7 day plan that has been adjusted based on your results from the past week.


What am I getting?

  • Explanation of your plan- This is something we believe is the foundation to realistically reaching your goal.  Before diving into your plan, read the attached explanation of why we built it the way we did.  It is just as important for you to understand the science behind your training/diet cycle as it is for us.
  • 4 weeks of personalized workouts - Keep in mind, we will evaluate your resources for training as well as your experience to build workouts suited for your lifestyle. 
  • 4 week nutrition plan - Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle, get stronger or run faster; we will do the calculations to find exactly how many calories you need to intake each day as well as how many macro-nutrients (carbs/fat/protein) you need to intake each day.  If you want to take supplements, we will advise you in that area as well. 
  • Unlimited access to a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - This will work in both directions.  Your trainer will be checking in with you at least twice per week to make sure you are staying on track.  Have a question about an exercise or your diet? No problem.  We will send you our personal phone numbers for quick and easy text-message access or you can email us anytime.
